薛涛是中唐时期的一名营伎,她凭着超人的才华,在那个时代保持着与社会风气所不相符的人格力量!其作品中展现了她感时忧国之情、身处卑微而自求高洁以及对世俗不满和反抗而努力追求自身解放的高洁形象!
Xue Tao was a geisha in the government band in the middle of Tang dynasty and with great tal ent she possessed a noble character which didn＇t accord with the social general mood in her era. Her crea tions not only showed her concern about her times and her worries about her motherland but also re vealed the noble and unsullied image in humble situation. She made great effort to pursue the self-libera tion and showed her dissatisfaction and resistance to her common customs.
