摘要 叙述了难难熔金属钨、钼氧化物涂层的光学、电致变色等性能,在建筑业及电致变色器件方面的应用以及它们的制备方法,如化学蒸汽沉积法(CVD)和溶胶-凝胶法等。对它们的应用前景作了分析和预测,包括经济和社会效益分析。 This paper describes the performance,application in the architecture and lightelectric devices and their preparation methods,such as chemical vapour deposition and SolGel processIn accoding with the analysis of economic and social advantages,the prospects of application are analysed and estimated
