摘要
利用一级气体炮低冲击载荷加载技术,对Ta05W和Ta12W合金进行了冲击波加载软回收实验,研究了TaW合金在冲击波加载作用后材料的组织和性能的变化,分析了钨含量、加工状态对TaW合金动态断裂性能的影响,探讨了在冲击波加载条件下TaW合金的动态断裂机制。实验结果说明:(1)在冲击载荷作用下,TaW合金内部发生变形和加工硬化,使材料硬度增加;(2)在相同的冲击载荷作用下,Ta12W合金加工态抗冲击波的能力较部分再结晶状态强;(3)在相同的加载条件下,Ta05W损伤度轻于Ta12W,说明添加的钨元素促进了缺陷的成核与成长过程;(4)在冲击波加载条件下,随钨含量的增加,TaW合金的动态断裂由延性断裂转变为脆性断裂。
The experiment of the soft reclamation of Ta0.5W and Ta12W alloys under the gas gun loading was carried out by low shock loading in the first gas gunThe varies of microstructures and properties of TaW alloys were investigated after shock loadingThe effect of tungsten content and working condition on dynamic fracture properties of TaW alloys were analysedThe dynamic fracture mechanism of TaW alloys under the shock wave loading was also discussedThe results indicate (1)Under the shock loading,there occur deformation working hardening in TaW alloys Therefore,hardeness is increased(2)Under the same shock loading,the resistance to the shock loading for cold worked specimen is better than recrystallized one(3)Under the same shock loading,the damage degree of Ta0.5W alloy is weaker than Ta12W alloy,which shows that the process of nucleation and growing is accelerated by tungsten addition(4)Under the shock loading,the dynamic fracture of TaW alloys is changed into brittleness from ductility with the tungsten content increasing
