摘要 介绍了GE公司S109FA—SS燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组的不同启动方式。针对不同条件下启动方式的改进,如提前启动;缩短满足高压缸进汽参数的时间;并网后不投入“温度匹配”,而在高压缸进汽时再投入“温度匹配”;提早退出“温度匹配”等进行了经济性分析。实践表明,冷态启动1次可产生经济效益3~6万元;温态启动1次可产生经济效益2~5万元,而且启动过程安全可靠。 Different start-up modes of GE Company's S109FA-SS gas-steam combined cycle unit are presented. Improvements for different start up modes and their economic analyses were made, such as.. start up in advance, shorten the time required to match the high pressure casing inlet steam parameters, not put the" temperature matching" to use after synchronization but later when steam leads into the high pressure casing and early withdraw the "temperature matching" etc.. The practices show, that the economic benefit for one cold start-up is 30,000-60,000 Yuan (RMB), for one warm start-up is 20,000-50,000 Yuan and the start-up procedures are safe and reliable.
