摘要
介绍2种常用热法海水淡化(多级闪蒸和多效蒸发)的原理,着重对其特性和装置选材进行了对比。提出了海水淡化的多种能源形式,如每日海水淡化能力在10万t以上,应用多级闪蒸更经济;若利用热力发电厂的低温余热时,采用低温多效蒸发更合理;在一定条件下还可专门设置深水池核反应堆为这一方法提供热源。
Working principles of 2 normally used thermal seawater desalination processes (multi-stage flash and multi-effect evaporation) are being described, with focus on their features and corresponding material selection for relevant equipment. The specific desalination way and applicable energy resources are analyzed also, for example, if the processing capability is above 10^5 ton, the multi-stage flash process will be more economical, and if low-temperature waste heat from thermal power plant is used, the low-temperature multi-effect evaporation process will be suitable. Under certain conditions, nuclear reactor heat may also be used via deep water pool specially built for seawater desalination purpose.
