电厂轴流风机并联运行经济性研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合新疆玛纳斯电厂三期工程2×300MW机组的轴流引风机,应用商业软件MATLAB对风机性能曲线数据化,并对其按最佳参数组合与等参数两种运行方式的经济性进行了研究。结果表明,当比压能不变时,两种运行方式的功耗差异随流量的增大而增大,在低比压能时,最大差异可达5.4%,这种差异随着比压能的提高而减小,在达到高效率点附近,两者功耗趋于一致。对于在低比压能状态下运行的机组,如果采用最佳参数组合运行方式,可望实现节能。 Based on the axial flow fans of 2 × 300 Megawatts unit of the third phase project in Xinjiang Manas power plant, the fan performance curve was digitized by the application of the commercial software MATLAB and the economy of two operation modes between the same parameters and the optimum parameters combination was investigated. The results showed that the difference of the power consumption of the two operation modes increased with the increase of flow when the ratio pressure energy was not changed , the difference reached its maximum of 5.4% at the low ratio pressure energy and this difference decreased with the increase of the ratio pressure energy, the power consumption of the two operation modes tend to be uniform at the vicinity of operating point of high efficiency. It was expected to achieve energy saving, if the operation mode of the optimum parameters combination was adopted by the operating unit under the condition of the low ratio pressure energy .
