摘要
综掘机液压系统的可靠性和寿命,在很大程度上取决于液压油和液压元件的清洁度。综掘机液压系统的故障主要是由于液压油污染引起的。主要分析了综掘机液压系统污染的原因,介绍了污染的种类及其产生的危害,提出了控制液压系统污染的方法。
The reliability and longevity of roadheader hydraulic system, in some degree, depend on the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and hydraulic components. Failure of roadheader hydraulic system is mainly caused by hydraulic oil pollution. This article gives the causes of this kind of pollution, introduces its kinds and damages, and puts forward the preventing methods.
