摘要
利用示波冲击技术、透射电镜、相分析和X射线衍射等试验方法研究了塑料模具钢P20的碳含量波动、不同热处理工艺和不同使用温度对其动态断裂韧性行为的影响。并探讨了在相应条件下材料的组织、结构特征及变化规律。该研究结果为优化P20钢的生产工艺、延长模具的使用寿命提供了理论依据。
The effects of carbon content, heat treatment processing parameters and heating temperature on the behaviors of dynamic fracture toughness of plastic mould steel P20 were studied by using instrumented impact test, TEM, phase analysis and Xray diffraction etc. Microstructure and various regularity of materials under respective conditions were analysed. The results provide the theoretical basis for optimizing the steel P20 production technology and for increasing the dies service life.
