摘要
根据纳米级材料(颗粒材料、薄膜材料和纳米晶材料)的几何尺寸,讨论了由尺寸效应所赋予材料的奇特性质,分析了纳米级材料的内涵、判据。
Based on geometrical dimension of nanomaterials(nano-particle, nano-needle, nano-film, nano-crystal), the special properties, caused by dimension effect of the material are described. At the same time the intrinsic properties, the criteria of the materials are described. The methods of preparation of the nanosize materials and the recent progress in application are discussed.
