野生灵芝的分子鉴定及富硒特性研究 被引量:13

摘要 从烟台昆嵛山分离到一株野生灵芝Gl-01,根据rDNAITS序列的系统发育分析,将其鉴定为赤芝(Ganodermalucidum(Fr.)Karst)。通过对这株野生灵芝在液体培养基中的耐硒能力测定以及不同培养时间的富硒特性考察,表明该野生灵芝菌株具有较强的富硒能力,其菌丝硒含量达到5.14mg/g,富硒率达到4.05%,分别为对照菌株SK5的2.4倍和1.5倍。 One wild Ganoderma strain Gl-01 was isolated from Kunyu mountain in Yantai, Shandong province, China, and was identified as a known species of Ganodermalucidum (Fr) Karstbasedon the sequenceanalysis of rDNA ITS, Itsabilityofselenium (Se)-resistant and characteristics of selenium accumulation with different culture time were investigated by shake flask in Se-containing medium. The results indicated that the wild strain showed highly Se-enrichment abilities, and Se content ofmycelia and Se-enrichment rate were up to 5.14 mg/g and 4.05%, which were 2.4 folds and 1-5 folds ofthe control strain Sk5, respectively. The results provided a reference on developing new Se-enrichment strains from the wild Ganoderma lucidum.
