摘要
采用超声波辅助热水法提取灵芝孢子粉多糖,结果表明该方法精密度良好,超声处理时间为25min,处理温度为70℃。多糖含量采用传统的苯酚-硫酸法检测。实验结果表明,3号灵芝孢子粉样品中多糖含量高,并且所含灵芝多糖稳定性好。
Hot water extraction assisted with ultrasonic was applied to extract Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum spores in this paper. The results showed that the precision of this method was fine under the condition of 25 min ultrasonic extraction at 70℃. Phenol-sulphuric method was applied to determine the content of polysaccharides in Ganoderma Lucidum. The results showed that 3# sample of Ganoderma Lucidum spore contained more polysaccharides which had better stability.
