芪百合剂对耐多药肺结核患者免疫功能的影响

Effects of Qibai Mixture on the Immune Function of Tuberculosis Patients Who Are Resisted to Multi-drugs

目的:观察中药"芪百合剂"对耐多药肺结核患者免疫功能的影响。方法:耐多药肺结核患者80例,随机分为中西医治疗组46例,西医对照组34例。两组均予抗痨治疗,中西医治疗组加用中药"芪百合剂",疗程为12周。观察两组患者治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果:治疗8周后中西医治疗组病灶好转较明显,血清CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8较西医对照组有显著性升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:芪百合剂在治疗早期对提高耐多药肺结核患者的机体免疫力有较好作用。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Qibai mixture for the adjuvant therapy of tuberculosis patients who are with multi - drug resistance. Methods： A total of 80 tuberculosis patients were randomized into 2 groups, one with anti -tuberculosis drugs and Qibai mixture （46 patients） and the other with anti -tuberculosis drugs alone （34 patients） for 12 weeks. Changes in T -cell subsets were observed before and after the treatment in both groups. Results：After 8 weeks, the patients in the Qibai group had better clinical improvement and dramatically elevated serum CD3, CD4, and CD4/CD8 levels, compared to those in the other group （ R 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Qibai mixture has a good therapeutic effect on the immune function of tuberculosis patients at the early stage of treatment.
