2型糖尿病患者胫后动脉内膜中层厚度与hs-CRP、ET-1关系的研究

The Relationship Between Posterior Tibial Artery Intima-media Thickness and High Sensitive C-reactive Protein and Endothelin-1 in type 2 diabetes patients

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胫后动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的相关性。方法:将62例T2DM患者,根据双下肢胫后动脉IMT分为两组,分别测定hs-CRP、ET-1,同时测定血脂、血压等指标,并进行各指标间的相关性分析。结果:与正常组比较,糖尿病组hs-CRP、ET-1均明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.01);在糖尿病组中,胫后动脉IMT≥1mm组hs-CRP、ET-1均明显高于IMT<1mm组(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP、ET-1是影响T2DM患者胫后动脉内膜中层厚度的独立相关因素。炎症反应与内皮损伤可能在2型糖尿病大血管病变中起重要作用。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the intima - media thickness (IMT) of posterior tibial artery and the levels of high sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) and endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 62 diabetic patients were divided into 2 subgroups according to the IMT of posterior tibial artery ( IMT ≥1 mm and IMT 〈 1 mm groups). Another 26 healthy subjects served as the control group. Serum hs- CRP, ET- 1, lipid indexes and blood pressure were measured. The interrelationship among the indicators was analyzed. Results:The levels of hs - CRP and ET - 1 in the diabetic patients were higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ) respectively. The levels of hs - CRP and ET - 1 were higher in the IMT ≥1 mm subgroup compared to the IMT 〈 1 mm subgroup. Hs - CRP and ET - 1 are the independent risk factor for the IMT of posterior tibial artery in type 2 diabetes patients. Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction and endothelial injury may play an important role in type 2 diabetic patients with macroangiopathy.
