摘要
本文在分析资本结构影响因素的基础上，对现存的有关资本结构理论进行了评述，结合资本结构理论及其若干影响因素，提出了几种可供使用的资本结构决策方法．
Based upon the analysis over the influential factors relating to capital structure,the theory nowadays about capital structure is commended and with the combined study over the theoretical and practical factors, several decision-making methods available for capital structure is suggested.
