激素型除草剂对大白菜芽根生长及叶片营养物质含量的影响

Study on the Security of Hormone-type Herbicides to Chinese Cabbage

采用土培法研究了二氯喹啉酸、二甲四氯两种激素型除草剂对大白菜芽根生长及叶片营养物质的影响。结果表明,两种除草剂对大白菜的芽根生长均有一定抑制作用,且对根生长的抑制作用大于对芽的生长,二氯喹啉酸的LC50值为103.723 0μg·mL-1,二甲四氯为0.249 9μg·mL-1,两者的LC50值表明,对大白菜的生长二氯喹啉酸比二甲四氯更安全;两种除草剂对大白菜叶片中的叶绿素、可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量也有一定的影响,随着处理浓度的提高叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,而可溶性糖和丙二醛的含量呈上升趋势,但不同处理浓度间可溶性糖和丙二醛含量增加的幅度不同。

The security of hormone-type herbicides e.g.quinclorac ＆ MCPA to Chinese cabbage was studied with soil cul-ture method in this article.The results indicated that the security of quinclorac and MCPA to Chinese cabbage was different.The bud was more tolerant to herbicides than root.The security of quinclorac to Chinese cabbage was higher than MCPA.Moreover,these herbicides had an impact on the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and MDA in Chinese cabbage.With concentration increasing,the chlorophyll content showed a decreasing tendency while the contents of soluble sugar and MDA showed an increasing tendency.However,the different concentration of quinclorac and MCPA result in different increasing degree of the contents of soluble sugar and MDA.
