温度胁迫下黑麦种子萌发特征及耐热性研究 被引量:11

摘要 试验研究了不同黑麦种质在温度胁迫环境下的萌发特征和耐热性。结果表明,黑麦的适宜萌发温度为20~30℃,而幼苗生长的最适温度是25℃;高温提早了种子萌发时间,但延长了发芽历程。所有黑麦种质可分为中温型和广温型2种萌发类型,中温型指适宜萌发温度在20~30℃范围内的黑麦种质,35℃时发芽率显著下降;广温型指在20~35℃范围内均表现出较高的发芽率。通过耐热性综合评价,黑麦种质可归属于3个耐热级别,其中耐热性较强的有3份,耐热性中等的有3份,耐热性较弱的有4份。 The germination characteristics and heat tolerance of ryes under different temperature were studied.The results showed that seeds germinated better at the temperature of 20~30℃ than that at 35℃,but seedlings growth was the best at 25℃.Under the higher temperature treatment the seeds germinated earlier and the germination processes were longer than that under the lower temperature treatments.Based on germination rate,there were two germination types,namely,medium temperature and broad temperature.The former indicated the adequate temperature of germination was 20~30℃,and the lat-ter mean the germination rate had no significant difference between germplasms at the level of 20~35℃.By comprehensive appraisal of heat tolerance,all germplasms were classified to three heat tolerance levels: higher,medium and lower toler-ance,and including three,three and four germplasms respectively.
