摘要
通过响应面分析法对吴茱萸中吴茱萸次碱的提取工艺进行优化,利用响应面试验设计乙醇体积分数、提取时间、原料目数、溶剂倍数4因素对吴茱萸次碱提取率的影响。结果表明,乙醇体积分数是主要的影响因子。吴茱萸次碱的最佳提取条件是原料目数为40、提取时间为3.0 h、溶剂倍数为31、乙醇体积分数为72%,吴茱萸次碱的最大提取率为8.90 mg·g-1。
The Response Surface Method(RSM) was applied to optimize the extract condition of evodiae.The influence fac-tors of extraction time,ethanol concentration,solvent multiple and material mesh were evaluated using a fractional design.The ethanol concentration had significant effects on the reponse value.The optimum conditions of rutacarpine extraction were material mesh 40,extraction time 3.0h,solvent multiple 31,ethanol concentration 72%.The optimal rutacarpine yield was 8.90 mg·g-1.
