碱法提取东亚飞蝗蛋白质的工艺条件

摘要 采用稀碱法对东亚飞蝗蛋白质的提取条件进行了研究,主要讨论了碱浓度、料液比、粒度、浸提时间、沉淀pH、沉淀时间等条件对蛋白质提取率的影响。单因素试验结果表明,较优的提取工艺条件为稀碱浓度1.5%(W/V),浸提时间2 h,虫粉粒度80目,料液比1∶20,沉淀pH值4.5,沉淀时间1 h。 The protein was extracted with alkali solution from Locusta migratoria manilensis.The effects of the extractions such as the concentration of alkali,the ratio of solid to liquid,the size of Locusta migratoria manilensis,the extraction time,precipitation pH and precipitation time were studied.The results of single factor test showed that the optimum conditions were as following: the concentration of alkali 1.5%(W / V),the extraction time 2 h,the size of Locusta migratoria manilensis 80 mesh,the ratio of solid to liquid(w / v) 1∶20,precipitation pH 4.5,precipitation time 1h..
