摘要哺乳动物卵胞质内单精注射技术发展很快,而且已在很多领域发挥其重要的作用。简单综述了哺乳动物卵胞质内单精注射(ICSI)的研究概况、存在的问题以及今后的应用前景。 Great advances have been achieved in intracytoplasmic sperm injection（ICSI） in mammals,which played important effects in many fields.In this review,the progress,the existed problem and prospect of Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection（ICSI） were summarized.in mammals.
