在经济全球化背景下,我国经济发展迅速,也由此带来了一系列的问题,企业社会责任越来越被关注。目前企业社会责任运动逐渐成为一种潮流,一种趋势。主要从利益相关者的视角探讨企业社会责任,分析了社会责任的内涵,界定了利益相关者;并以浙江金义集团为案例,说明了从利益相关者的视角研究社会责任的重要性。

Under the background of the economic globalization, the economy in our country has developed rapidly and also brought a series of problems. The enterprise social responsibility has been paid more and more attention and it has become one kind of tidal and one tendency gradually. The article mainly discusses the enterprise social responsibility from the view of shareholder. The article has analyzed the connotation of social responsibility, illustrated the shareholder and explained the importance of researching social responsibility taking the Jinyi group in Zhejiang province as the case from the view of shareholder.
