当前高等教育的大众化使得近几年高校毕业生人数急剧增加,其就业问题不容乐观。就业问题给广大高校、毕业生、家长、政府带来巨大的压力。如何根据政府、企业、高校人才培养的实际,建立良好的就业服务体系,也成为当前政府和全社会共同关心的问题。

In recent years, college graduates have increased dramatically due to the raised popularity college education. The job lookout, today, is no longer as promising as it used to be. The colleges, the graduates, the parents, and the government are now under much more pressure due to the conditions of the graduates having a harder time to become employed. Under such circumstances, the question of how to establish a well-organized career center has come to our attention.
