摘要
目前,我国大部分多元化企业存在缺乏竞争战略支持,缺少具体实施方案等问题,严重影响了多元化企业的发展。为此,必须根据企业所处的不同行业,制定有针对性的竞争战略,充分发挥多元化企业的竞争优势。
Many divisional business in our country are lacking of the support of modern competitive strategy and the specific formula to carry out. Therefore, it is important to set up suitable competitive advantages based on the different industry which the business exist.
