分析当前湖北经济社会与县域经济的发展现状,总结全国县域经济百强县的成功经验,提出以"不平衡发展"来破解"发展不平衡"难题。集中优势,重点突破,坚持"一主三化"方针,以强力推进的重点县(市)的经济强县建设,带动湖北县域经济的全面发展。

This paper deals with the current situation of Hubei economy society and its county economy and summarizes the useful experience of one hundred economically powerful counties of the nation, suggestes the use of ＂unbalance development＂ to solve the hot issue of ＂dislocation development＂. We should muster superior forces, make key breakthroughs and insist on the ＂one domination and three-ization＂ guiding principle to drive the all-round development of Hubei county economy with the building of powerful county economy of major counties or cities
