摘要
用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察分析了Mn-Cr-Mo钢回火试样的显微组织和冲击断口,对粒状贝氏体组织与冲击韧性的关系进行了讨论,认为Mn-Cr-Mo钢轧态试样经600~700℃回火后冲击韧性值低下的原因是由于其存在较多的(30%~50%)粒状贝氏体。
The microstruture and impact fracture in tempered sample of Mn-Cr-Mo steel have been observed by metallurgical microscope. TEM and SEM. Bosed upon the disscusion of the relationship between the microstructure of grainular bainit and the impact toughniess, it is found that the impact toughness of rolled samples of Mn-Cr-Mo steel will be sharp down after tempering at 600-700℃ which is due to some existance of grainular bainit(30%-50%).
