This artical expounded respectively the reasons for China＇s household savings and foreign exchange reserves staying at a high level, compared the causes of the similarity between both of them, and then used a variety of analysis and application of economic theory and model to demonstrate the correlation between both of them, and finally put forward the solutions of China＇s high household savings and foreign exchange reserves.
