摘要
在综合国内外文献的基础上,对柔性制造系统(FMS)的三种状态检测监控结构进行了分析和对比,发现各有优缺点。在此基础上,引入一种合弄监控结构(holarchy),该监控系统中的每一个功能模块既具有相对独立性,又和监控系统其它部分具有合作性,可随时按市场需求构成所需的结构形式,实现可重组状态监控系统(RCMS)的目标。从监控层、数据采集层、设备层的构建和实施给出了系统模型,对合弄监控涉及的关键技术进行了探讨。最后归纳了合弄监控系统的特点及发展趋势。
On the basis of synthesizing the literature at home and abroad, the three state inspection and monitoring structures of flexible manufacturing systems (FMS) have been analyzed and compared, and found that they all have advantages and disadvantages. On this basis, a get together monitor structure (holarchy) has been introduced. In this monitoring system, each of the function modules is relative independent and also can be cooperated with other parts of the system, thus it can form a structure at any time according to the market demands, to realize re-configurable condition monitoring system (RCMS). From the building and implementation of level monitoring, data acquisition layer and the layer of equipment, a system model has been given out, the key technologies involved in the get together monitoring are discussed. Finally, the characteristics and the development trend of the monitoring system have been summarized.
