摘要
基于网络的协同设计对异构三维数据的一致性转换和快速传输提出了更高的需求,但传统的基于产品模型数据交换标准STEP和基于虚拟现实建模语言VRML的解决方法,应用效果并不令人满意。为了更好地满足这种需求,提出将可扩展的虚拟世界描述语言XVL引入机械产品协同设计,并概述了其技术特点及数据转换技术。基于XVL三维数据共享模型库构建了面向企业集成应用的系统体系结构,提出了基于XVL的协同设计管理系统模型,最后开发了一个机械产品在线网络协同设计管理原型系统。
With the advancement of the collaborative design based on the web, the requirement of the coherence of three dimension data exchange and rapid transportation is becoming stricter, some technology including the standard for the exchange of product data model (STEP) and Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) had been applied to meet the requirement, but they can't turn up trumps. For satisfying the increasing requirement, the Extensible Virtual World Modeling Language (XVL) is introduced, and its advantages and the data model exchange technique are analyzed. Furthermore, the system structure faced for the enterprise integrated application is constructed based on the data sharing model of XVL, the design model of collaborative design management system is proposed for satisfying the mainly demands, and an prototype system for mechanical product is implemented.
