摘要
着重介绍了数字控制器的模拟化设计方法,包括控制系统改进PID算法的离散化、整个系统的仿真和相应程序的实现。在原有模拟控制系统的基础上,设计了一种新的数字控制器,并运用设计出的数字控制器,对磁悬浮分子泵进行控制,实现了磁悬浮分子泵轴向单自由度的稳定悬浮。
In this paper, the simulation design method of digital controller is introduced, including discretization of PID algorithm, simulation of the whole system and realization of the relevant program. A new digital controller is designed on the basis of the original control system. Then the digital controller designed is used to control the maglev molecular pump, thus the stable suspension of single axial freedom degree of the maglev molecular pump is realized.
