钛合金振动攻丝工艺的机理性研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据钛合金的性能,分析了钛合金攻丝的难加工性,并详细剖析振动攻丝的机理、特点和作用,目的从振动攻丝的运动学角度,进一步地探究振动攻丝的原理,并指出振动加工时实现刀-屑分离的充分必要条件。通过对振动攻丝在一周期内转矩变化分析,详细阐述了振动攻丝切削刃的运动机理。最后阐明影响振动攻丝质量的因素,并给出了解决措施。 The paper gave the difficulty of tapping on titanium, according to the performance of titanium. The principle of vibration tapping was explored furtherly, at the viewing of kinematics, as well as the condition of abruption between the reamer and the scraps was indicated. By the change of wring in a cycle, the paper expatiated the mechanism about the cutting-edge in vibration tapping. At last, the factor effecting vibration tapping was introduced, and the measure was taken on.
