摘要
分析了企业对49S石英晶体振荡器激光打标的需求,介绍了一种新型的微机控制的自动在线打标系统,该系统将标准打标机头与自动供料系统结合,组成晶体在线全自动激光打标系统。详细阐述了该系统自动上料平台的工作原理及机械结构设计、单片机控制系统原理及控制程序设计。给出了软件流程图。
This paper analyzes the demands on laser marking on piezoelectric crystal oscillator 49S elements in industrial environment, and introduces a new laser marking system for continual production condition. The system combines a common laser marking part with an automatic elements feeding platform, and can automatically marking the crystal 49S elements with high efficiency. Design detail of the elements feeding platform and the system mechanical structure are discussed in detail. Also, a flow chart of the control software and block diagram of the control system is presented.
