Design of the Injection Mould for the Housing Top Part of Duplicating Machine

复印机上面板较多的孔位和筋板以及较为复杂的分型面使得其注塑模具的设计较为困难。通过对复印机上面板的结构和工艺性分析,比较详细地论述了复印机上面板注塑模具设计的考虑因素,着重介绍了各类型孔位的模具成型方法。

The complicated parting surface and too many holes and ribs in the housing top part of the duplicating machine makes it difficult to design the injection mould. In this paper we have introduced the factors which we considered in designing the injection mould through the analysis on the structure and technological property of the duplicating machine housing top part, especially those methods to mould varied type of hole in a plastic product.
