不同电火花加工条件下Cr12MoV钢的表面残余应力 被引量:1

摘要 利用X-350型X射线残余应力分析仪和DJP-2型电解抛光仪逐层去除的方法,在不同的加工条件下,分别实测了模具制造过程中常使用的冷作模具钢(Cr12MoV)电火花加工表面的残余应力,结果表明,表面残余应力的产生和控制主要取决于加工电规准、工件材料、热处理、工具电极材料和加工液等,加工后的表面残余应力可采用高温回火热处理来消除。但回火温度不要超过电火花加工前的最高回火温度,否则,材料表面硬度降低。 In this paper, the surface residual stress by different EDM conditions for Cold Working Die Steel (Cr12MoV) are measured using X-350 X-ray residual stress analyzer and Mach's method in DJP-2 electro-polishing analyzer. The results showed that the surface residual stress and control of the production depends primarily on processing power quasi-regulation workpiece materials, heat treatment, the electrode materials and processing liquid, after processing the surface residual stress can be back to the high temperature heat treatment to eliminate. But the tempering temperature should not exceed the maximum pre-EDM tempering temperature, otherwise the surface hardness will be reduced.
