摘要
针对钳体在加工中的工艺要求,文章进行了基于三维设计的浮式制动钳体专用夹具的研制。其研制过程及验证测量数据表明:通过对车夹具三维建模设计与运动学仿真,可在样机制造之前方便地预测车夹具的装配干涉及准确添加平衡铅块质量,消除由车夹具不平衡质量所引起加工中的颤振,提高了工件缸孔相对于机床主轴的跳动公差精度,从而保证了制动钳体缸孔的加工质量。
During the production of the float disc brake caliper, some special fixtures are needed for installing and clamping because of the complexity of its structure. According to the request of the brake caliper in the process of turning, a development of the special fixture of float brake caliper was studied based on 3D design in this paper. Through the 3D model design and MXD, the process and measured data shows that: it is convenient to forecast the assembly interference of lathe fixture, add the mass of lead brick accurately, and eliminate the chatter caused by the unbalance mass of jig before the prototype is made, which improves the precision of run-out tolerance in cylinder hole compared with machine tool spindle, thus ensure the processing quality of the cylinder hole in brake caliper.
