不同浓度赤霉素对十字花科蔬菜种子发芽、出苗及活力的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用保湿培养法、玻璃板直立发芽法及盆栽法,就赤霉素对常温贮藏种子发芽、出苗及活力的影响情况进行了研究。结果表明,30,50,80,100 mg/kg(简称G1,G2,G3,G4)4种浓度的赤霉素对大白菜、甘蓝、萝卜种子的发芽均无不良影响,且G3处理对白菜、甘蓝和萝卜种子的发芽有一定的促进作用,表现为种子发芽正常,出苗整齐,种子活力显著提高。 Three methods,including moisture - preservation culture, upright regeneration on glass plates and not - grow, were used to examine the gebberellin' s effect to the sprouting and the vigor of the crueifer seed under normal temperature. The result showed that gebberellin had not negative effects on crucifer seed, cabbage and radish at the concentration of 30, 100 mg/ kg. G3 had some positive effect on seeds which were tested, that' s the seeds sprouted normally, seedlings regenerated uniformly and seed vigor highly.
