三种植物提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌的离体抑菌活性测定

Studies on Fusarium Oxysporium of Extracts from the Extracts of Three Plant

选用甲醇、氯仿、石油醚3种不同溶剂提取了问荆、甘草、藜芦3种不同药用植物的活性成分,同时测定了提取物对黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporium)的离体抑菌活性。结果表明,96 h后,3种植物中以甘草甲醇提取物的抑菌活性最高,达64.20%,而3种溶剂中,甲醇提取物的抑菌活性最高。同时,问荆、甘草、藜芦甲醇提取物的抑制中浓度(M IC)分别为0.913,1.070,1.121 mg/m l。

In this study, we extracted the active ingredient from Equistum arvense ,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Veratrum Linn, useing three different menstruum ： methanol, chloroform and sherwood oil. And we surveyed the bacterisotatic activity of these extractives to Fusarium oxysporium. Results indicate that the extractive of Radix Glycyrrhizae methanol shows the best bacteriostatic activity,reaching 62.4%. In three plants ,96 hours later, methanol is the best menstruum to extract active ingredient from the three plants. The most inhibit consistency extractive of Equistum arvense,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Veratrum Linn. Methanol is 0.913,1. 070,1. 121 mg/ml.
