Quantitative determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhiqi Guanyan Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定支气管炎片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法：采用Phenomenex C18 Gemini（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，柱温为室温，以乙腈－0．2％磷酸溶液（7：93）为流动相；流速为1．0ml／min；检测波长为210nm。结果：盐酸麻黄碱进样量在0．101—0．507μg范围内，与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为99．46％，RSD为0．6％（n=6）。结论：方法简便，结果准确，可作为本品质量控制的有效方法。

Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Zhiqi Guanyan Tablets. Methods： The analysis was performed on Phenomenex C18 column at ambient temperature with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrine - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution （ 7：93 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Results： The method showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 101 - 0.507μg of ephedrine hydrochloride （ r = 0. 999 5, n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 99.46% with RSD = 0.6% （ n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The method established here is simple and accurate, and could be used for quality control of Zhiqi Guanyan Tablets.
