我院升白细胞药物应用状况与性价分析

Application and Cost-Benefit Analysis of Drugs Used for Increase in White Cells in Our Hospital

目的:了解本院使用升白细胞药物状况并对用药频率居前药物进行性价分析。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对2006年1月—12月份消耗的升白细胞药物的用药金额、用药频度及日均费用的变化进行调查统计分析。结果:使用升白细胞口服药物用药金额为587 514.72元,使用升白细胞注射药物用药金额为4 4672.00元。用药频度居前列的为利血生片、复方皂凡丸、地榆升白片。日治疗费用中最高的是注射用重组人类粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子为69.80元,最低的是沙肝醇片为0.09元。性价比排列为利血生片、地榆升白片、复方皂凡丸。结论:我院使用升白细胞药物以口服剂型为主,应用频度与性价比近似,应用合理。

Objective： To find out the applications of the drugs increasing the white cells in our hospital and to analyze the cost - benefit for the most frequently used ones. Methods ： DDDs, Daily costs and gross earnings for these drugs from beginning to the end of 2006 were statistically analyzed. Results： The gross earnings were 587 514.72 yuan for oral preparations, and 44 672.00 yuan for injectable ones that increase the white cells. The first three of DDDs were Leucogen tablets, Fufangzaofan pills and Diyushengbai tablets. Daily costs of rhG - CSF was 69.80 yuan, which was the most expensive, whereas batyl alcohol, the cheapest one, was only 0.09 yuan daily. Conclusion ： The oral preparations constitute the most part of the drugs that increase the white cells in our hospital. The DDDs is closely related to the cost - benefit ratio, which means that the applicaions of the drugs which may increase the white cells are reasonable in our hospital.
