摘要
以对甲苯胺为起始原料,经异氰酸酯化、侧链氯化和氟化-溶剂解3步反应合成对氨基三氟甲苯。研究了双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯替代光气、光氯化及氟化—溶剂解"一锅法"等单元过程的优惠工艺条件。总收率达到82%,适合工业化应用。
p-Aminobenzotrifluoride was prepared by p-toluidine, comprising 3 steps of isocyanation, chain chlorination and fluorination-solvolysis. The optimum conditions were investigated, including the phosgene replacement with bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate, chlorination under UV light and fluorination-solvolysis in one pot. A total yield up to 82% was obtained. The procedure is applicable for the scale manufacture of the title compound.
