摘要
分析了分散助剂、颗粒细度、黏度、触变剂、加工工艺对甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂稳定性的影响,确定了甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂的优化配方和生产工艺。甲基硫菌灵悬浮剂最佳生产配方如下:甲基硫菌灵原药36%,分散剂5%(十二烷基苯磺酸钙与XF-203的质量比1∶2)、黏度调节剂(黄原胶)0.3%、防冻剂(乙二醇)5%、触变剂(硅酸镁铝)0.6%、消泡剂(二甲基硅油)2‰、电解质(0.67mol/L磷酸)1‰、密度调节剂(蔗糖)3%、余量为水。
Analyzed the stability influence factors of thiophanate-methyl SC, such as dispersing additives, particle fineness, viscosity, thixotropic agent and processing technology. Determined the optimized formula and production technology of thiophanate-methyl SC. The best production formula of thiophanate-methyl SC is as follows: thiophanate-methyl original drug 36%, dispersing additives 5%(mass ratio of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and XF-203 is 1:2), viscosity modifier 0.3%(xanthan gum), antifreeze 5%(glycol), thixotropic agent 0.6%(magnesium aluminum silicatenf), defoamer 2‰(dimethyl silicone), electrolyte 1‰(0.67 mol/L phosphate), density modifier 3% (sucrose), the remainder of the formula is water.
