Tolerance response model of N/P ratios for red tide algae

摘要 为研究赤潮藻类的氮磷比耐受性响应机制,总结了赤潮藻类最大比生长速率与氮磷比的关系,以谢尔福德耐受定律为依据,建立了赤潮藻类最大比生长速率与氮磷比的耐受性模型,并以中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)为例进行实验验证.结果表明,该耐受性模型在理论上与谢尔福德耐受定律较为吻合,且能反映出赤潮藻类的氮磷比耐受性生态幅和最适生长范围,及氮磷比对赤潮藻类生长产生的正负效应,并定量获得适合赤潮藻类生长的最佳氮磷比. The relationship between N/P ratios and maximum specific growth rate of red tide algae was analyzed according to Shelford's law of tolerance to study the response mechanism be tween N/P ratios and red tide algae, and the tolerance model be tween specific growth rate of red tide algae and N/P ratios was established. Experiments on Skeletonerna costatum show that the proposed model matches well with Shelford' s law of toler ance theoretically, and it can reflect the ecological amplitude of tolerance, the optimum growth range of red tide algae, and the positive and negative effect caused by the N/P ratios. Then the optimum N/P ratios which are most suitable for red tide algae growing can be obtained quantitatively.
