摘要
钢中加铌后可以阻止奥氏体晶粒的长大,提高粗化温度,增加未再结晶区的变形量和轧制道次,使相变后铁素体晶粒细化,铌产生显著的晶粒细化和中等的沉淀强化,在强度提高的同时改善韧性,使脆性转变温度降低,达到高强韧性的目的。
Adding Nb to the steel can prevent austenitic grain from growing, raise the coarsing temperature, increase deformation and rolling passes of unrecrystallization area and make the ferrite grain fine after transition. Nb produces remarkable fineness of the grain and medium strength of the precipitation. While raising the strength, the roughness is improved, the brittleness changed, the temperature changed and the high toughness reached.
