摘要
利用X-射线衍射分析及扫描电镜与能谱分析,观察了镍液中Al_4C_3的形成;通过镍液中Al-C平衡,测定了活度相互作用系数e_c^c=2.30。
Utilizing X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, the from of A14C3 in the nickel liquid is observed. Through Al-C equilibrium in the nickel liquid, an interaction activity coefficient ecc = 2. 30 is determined.
