摘要 本文介绍了光子晶体全光开关的原理,以及实现低功率光子晶体全光开关的方法,并详细介绍了北京大学在超快速低功率光子晶体全光开关方面的重要研究进展。 The conception of photonic crystal all-optical switching and the realization methods of low-power photonic crystal all-optical switching were introduced. The important progress in the research of ultrafast and low-power photonic crystal all-optical switching in Peking University was introduced in detail.
