Analysis on Some Problems Affecting Evaluation of National Natural Science Fund

本文选择通讯评议标准、交叉学科评审专家的作用、为科学家服务的理念以及评审过程的信息化作为讨论基点,分析了上述几个因素对国家自然科学基金评审质量和公正性的影响,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

In this article, the factors that may influence the evaluation of National Science Fund, such as peer review criterion, effects of cross-disciplinary reviewers, opinions on serving scientists, and informatization of evaluation procedures, were discussed, and these factors how to influence the quality and justness of the evaluation were analyzed. Meanwhile, some suggestions and solutions were also proposed.
