摘要
不同观点的存在、合作者之间的交流是创新的两个重要条件,也是目前我国实验室管理与发展过程中面临的主要矛盾。具体到实验室行为,就是实验室团队协作与科学家独立探索之间的关系。实验室的合作包括科学家间、科学家与管理者间以及管理者间的合作。如何将科学家个人的兴趣需求与实验室总体目标有效地结合是实验室建设亟需解决的问题。本文从实验室定位角度分析了合作研究的必要性,论述了科学家独立研究与团队合作之间的辩证关系,指出"共同感兴趣的目标"、"平等"、"自由"和"策略"是科学家独立研究与合作研究的主要关联要素。借鉴国外的经验,提出了避免单一合作模式,树立对实验室的信任意识,避免对具体工作过多行政干预,做好实验室管理的宏观设计、稳定管理程序等建议。
The existence of different views and the communication among the collaborators are two critical factors for innovation, which are also the main problems exposed on the procedure of laboratory development and management. On laboratory running, it concentrates to relationship between the individual exploration and the teamworking. Actually, the collaboration occurs between scientists and managers as well as in group of scientists. The essential issue of enhancing the collaboration is effectively combining the individual interest with the goal of the laboratory development. This article stated the ne- cessity of collaboration in laboratory based on the orientation for laboratories and the dialectic relationship between collaboration and individual behavior, "familiar interested aim", "equality" and "freedom" as mixed factors for collaboration were pointed out as well. Furthermore, learned from developed countries' experience, some suggestions were produced that involved acceptation of multiform collaboration, building trust relationship in laboratory , avoiding administrative ding the macro framework designed opment and fixing the management interference, upgrafor laboratory develprocedure.
