摘要
通过变频技术对风机进行改造已经逐渐成为提高发电厂效率的一种方式,但由于变频改造而出现的风机"抢风"问题对发电厂的安全运行造成了严重威胁。通过对某电厂一次风机变频改造后"抢风"现象进行分析,提出了可行的解决方案。
The technical reformation of fans by using the frequency converter is gradually becoming the popular way to increase the efficiency of the power plant. However, the problem of ＂blower pinch＂ was happened sometimes due to application of the frequency converter, which causes a great threat to the safety operation of the power plant. The ＂blower pinch＂ phenomenon occurred in a power plant after the frequency conversion reformation was analyzed, and feasible solving measures were proposed.
