摘要
总结112例急性心肌梗死(AMI)行急诊经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)+支架植入术的护理。术中密切配合,术后严密观察病情、心电监护、预防出血等并发症、做好心理护理及健康教育,是决定患者早日康复出院的关键。
Summarized the nursing of 112 AMI patients undergo FlEA and stent imputation in emergency, we should accurate cooperatc in the course of operation and closely observe the patient＇s condition and monitor electro cardiogram after operation and prenent ungionhagia, do well psychological nursing and health education.
