The main points to the Operation of Large Coal-base Revolving Kiln of DRI

二套80×5m大型煤基回转窑于1996年9月30日点火热试,于1997年10月22日全面完成工厂性能考核,转入正常生产阶段。对投产前后运作要点及经验做了详细的论述。主要对六项功能试验;主要设备问题的改造;开窑方案;加入煤与喷吹煤的控制及要求;工艺控制要点;窑温的测量与控制;结块/结圈的控制与预防;窑体窜动的调整等诸多投运中关键问题做了明确的阐述。

Two sets of large coal-base rotary kilns of 80× 5m were commissioning test run on Sep. 30th, 1996. The tests of performance were completed and kilns started the normal production on Oct. 22th ,1997. This paper makes a detail discussion on the main points and experiences before and after operation. Six functions were tested as follows: improvement of the main equipments points; plan of opening kiln; controls and requirements of adding and spraying coal; main points of processes control; measures and controls of kiln's temperature; controls and precautions of lumping and ring formation. Key points of the adjustment of kiln movements are discussed in detail.
