绿色保险制度建设的国际经验及启示

Foreign Experience and Enlightment of Establishing the Green Insurance System

绿色保险制度在我国还是一个新型事物,当前我们必须借鉴国际上实施绿色保险制度国家的先进经验来完善我国的绿色保险制度。本文通过对美国、德国、法国、欧盟等国家绿色保险制度的介绍,总结了各国的经验,提出了从建立强制性绿色保险为主、任意性责任保险为辅的保险制度、扩大保险责任范围等共七个方面来健全完善我国绿色保险制度的途径。

Green insurance is something new in our country. It is necessary to learn from the advanced experience of the countries where green insurance has been set up and working well. After introducing some systems about green insurance in USA, Germany, French and the other European regions, some suggestions from seven aspects aiming to improve our green insurance system are provided in this paper,Such as setting up compulsory green insurance mainly and optional liability insurance subsidiary, enlarging the insurance liabilities involved.
