摘要 1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)是一种新型的乙烯抑制剂,能有效抑制内源和外源乙烯对植物的作用,抑制乙烯释放量和呼吸强度,调节果实成熟与衰老相关基因的表达,延缓果实衰老,延长货架寿命,对果实的营养成分和风味物质也产生影响。综述了1-MCP的作用机理、应用现状和最新研究进展。 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) is a new ethylene inhibitor, which inhibits effectively the action of endogenous or exogenous ethylene on plants and ethylene release and respiration rate on many fruits, regulates the expression of gene related to maturation and ripening of fruits, delays fruits senescence, prolongs shelf-life, affects nourishment composition and flavor compounds of fruits. The mechanism, application status and prospect of 1-MCP are reviewed.
